Date of Publication: November 18, 2025

Effective Date: November 18, 2025

Welcome to AI Director (hereinafter referred to as "AI Director", "we", "us", or "our" and its grammatical variations), and thank you for being a part of our creative community!

As the operator of AI Director (hereinafter referred to as "we"), we respect your right to privacy and place a high value on the protection of your personal data. This AI Director Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data when you use AI Director, and how you can exercise your data protection rights. Information that requires special attention and may have a significant impact on your rights and interests has been marked in bold to draw your attention. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not access or use this platform.

"Personal Data" in this Privacy Policy refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject), including nicknames, birth dates, email addresses, social account information, profile pictures, phone numbers, and more.

AI Director has a diverse user community of various ages. However, AI Director is not intended for children under the age of 13 in the United States or under the applicable age of digital consent in other jurisdictions ("minors"). If we discover that we have collected any personal data from a minor, we will delete that personal data and terminate the user's account. If you believe we have collected personal data from a minor, please contact us using the contact information provided in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, please be sure to read this Privacy Policy and confirm that you are responsible for your child's actions before allowing your child to create an AI Director account and use the platform. We recommend that you closely monitor your child's use of AI Director and ensure that your child only uses features appropriate for their age.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

1. What Types of Personal Data We Collect and for What Purposes

The scope of personal data we collect depends on the AI Director features you use and how you use them. The purposes and types of personal data we collect are outlined below.

A. Personal Data You Provide Directly to Us / Personal Data We Obtain with Your Authorization

Registration and Login
If you choose to register for an AI Director account via email, we may need to collect your basic profile information, such as your user nickname. After logging in, you can also choose to add other personal data to your profile page and display a personalized avatar (including a real photo/artwork). New AI Director users can also register and log in through third-party platform accounts.

If you refuse to provide the necessary personal data, you will not be able to complete the registration and login process, nor will you be able to use the core creative features of AI Director.

Surveys and Marketing
We may use the contact information you provide (such as your email address) to conduct user surveys or to send you information about products or services that may interest you. Where required by applicable laws and regulations, we will obtain your consent before sending you marketing communications. If you are not interested in such information, you can opt-out of receiving it at any time by contacting us.

B. Personal Data You Provide or Generate While Using AI Director

User Content
When you use the generation features, we may collect and analyze any data, content, instructions, or other materials you input, upload, provide, or otherwise make available through the service (including materials accessed through links or search queries). We use artificial intelligence algorithms and large language models to generate corresponding outputs based on your input and the AI agent you select or the default model executed by the service. The input and output are collectively referred to as "User Content." If you choose to share any output generated through the service, anyone who receives a link to such shared output can access it and may use the same input you provided to generate content of a similar type or style. The company does not control how recipients use shared outputs and inputs, and you remain fully responsible for any content you choose to share. We also record and collect data related to your provision and generation of User Content, such as time, location, device data, internet data, generation results, and credit consumption. Additionally, we may process your User Content for security purposes, such as automatically screening for illegal information related to pornography, violence, fraud, or scams.

Payment and Transactions
When you use our top-up or payment features and initiate a payment request, we need to collect your User ID, country/region, payment currency, payment amount, payment time, payment method, order number, and other information to complete the payment and transaction process through an application programming interface (API) supported by a third-party payment service provider. To prevent money laundering and related illegal activities, we prohibit the withdrawal of any credits or virtual items from AI Director.

Feedback and Reports
When you contact us for support, feedback, or inquiries, we need to collect the information you choose to provide, including the content of your message and any related details. If you do not provide such information, we may not be able to help you resolve your issue or respond to your feedback. Additionally, if you wish to file a report (e.g., when you discover any illegal content, illegal user activity, or infringement of your rights), we need to collect your report description, report type, and relevant evidence (including but not limited to screenshots, proof of ownership/power of attorney) to understand the facts and help you resolve the issue.

Improving User Experience
To improve your user experience (e.g., making it easier for you to view information about your account, sending you push notifications, and providing you with personalized content and services that may interest you), we or our designated partners may automatically collect information about your language, gender, clicks and actions, program progress (including login status, interaction information/status, achievement information, etc.), application tokens, operating system, network information (e.g., IP address), device data (e.g., IMEI and other device identifiers), country/region, device model, screen resolution, geographic location, anonymous user identifiers, and other information, and analyze such data.

Maintaining Functionality, Stability, and Security
To maintain the functionality, stability, and security of AI Director and your account, when you use AI Director, we will automatically collect data related to your online activities, such as data related to your login status, clicks and actions, user device data (unique identifiers (e.g., IMEI), manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type, language settings, mobile carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), operating system data), network information (e.g., IP address), and general location information (e.g., city, state, or geographic area).

C. Personal Data Provided by Third Parties

Third-Party Registration and Login
To facilitate your use of AI Director, you may also choose to register and log in to AI Director through an account from a third-party platform. In this case, we may collect your nickname, avatar, third-party account email and Open ID, and location information. By logging in through these third-party accounts, you consent to the third party providing us with the relevant personal data. We may also use the contact information provided by third-party platforms (such as email address, mobile phone number) to send you verification messages, conduct user surveys, or send marketing communications. Where required by applicable laws and regulations, we will obtain your consent before sending you marketing communications. If you are not interested in such information, you can opt-out at any time by contacting us.

If you provide us with personal data of any data subject other than yourself, please inform them of this Privacy Policy. You hereby confirm that you have obtained their consent or have completed other procedures required for processing personal data on other lawful grounds (in lieu of consent) before providing us with such personal data. By submitting such information to us, you represent to us that you are authorized to provide the relevant personal data and that we are authorized to process such personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

In general, we will only use your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or for the purposes we explain to you at the time we collect the relevant personal data. However, if permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we may also process personal data for other purposes that are not incompatible with the purposes we have disclosed to you. If we do so, we will inform you separately through other means to ensure transparency.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

Like many online services, we may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and provide the service and to improve the user experience. Cookies are typically small text files that are stored in your device's browser directory or program data subfolders when you use AI Director. Cookies allow AI Director to access or store information from your settings or device. They are primarily used to ensure that AI Director functions as expected.

Typically, cookies do not contain any information that can directly identify you. However, they can provide you with a more personalized user experience. If you do not accept these cookies, you may not be able to use all the features of AI Director. For example, we use first-party cookies to save your login information for your next login to our service. Such cookies are essential for the proper functioning of AI Director.

3. How We Handle Personal Data of Minors

AI Director is not intended for any minors. If we discover that AI Director has collected any personal data from a minor, we will delete that personal data and terminate the user's account. If you believe we have collected personal data from a minor, please contact us using the contact information provided in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

We are deeply aware of our special obligation to protect the rights and interests of minors in the collection and processing of personal data. We strongly advise parents and guardians to educate their children never to disclose or provide any personal data to others without prior permission when using our services.

4. How We Share and Entrust the Processing of Your Personal Data

To provide you with better services, we may entrust third parties (such as third parties who assist us in providing services related to AI Director, like cloud service providers) to process your personal data. We will enter into strict confidentiality agreements with such third parties and require them to process personal data in accordance with our requirements, this Privacy Policy, and the confidentiality and security measures stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

We may share your personal data with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • To allow you to use a social network account to register for AI Director, you will need to provide us with or allow your social network to provide us with your phone number, email address, username, nickname, Open ID, and public profile. We will also share certain information with the relevant social network, such as your device data (like device identifiers) and network information. If you choose to share content on a social media platform, the content, username, and accompanying text may be shared on that platform.
  • To provide services and features, we may provide personal data to vendors and third-party service providers, such as cloud service providers, AIGC service providers, payment service providers, and analytics service providers. We use analytics services to collect information about your use of our services, such as the frequency of user visits, activities performed during visits, and location upon login. We may integrate with third-party services via APIs, SDKs, plugins, or other tools, and exchange or share the content you input on AI Director with AIGC service providers to generate output based on your input and the AI agent you select or the default model provided by the service.
  • To ensure that transactions are completed accurately and quickly and to provide you with a smoother service experience, we may share your transaction information with third-party payment service providers, including your order number, order time, order price, and your user ID.
  • To detect, prevent, or otherwise address security or fraud issues, we may provide your registration information (such as your email or the social media token you use to log in to the application), your chosen country/region, and your last login IP address to the applicable third-party payment service provider during such transactions and payments.
  • We may share user behavior data and device information with online advertising service providers and third-party measurement companies to measure the performance of advertisements on their platforms.
  • When we conduct advertising and marketing activities to promote the platform, your personal data contained in such information may be disclosed to the recipients of such advertising or marketing content.
  • If any change, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or liquidation involving the transfer of personal data occurs, we will require the new company or organization processing your personal data to continue to process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If the new company or organization processing your personal data needs to use your personal data for purposes not listed in this Privacy Policy, the new company or organization will obtain your consent, unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations.
  • To disclose information to relevant competent law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, government agencies, courts, or other third parties if we believe it is necessary to do so to (a) comply with applicable laws or regulations; (b) exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights; or (c) protect your vital interests or those of any other person.

When a third party is involved in processing your personal data as a data controller, please refer directly to the privacy policy on their official website or other platforms to learn more about their data processing practices.

5. How We Protect Your Personal Data

To provide you with a privacy-focused environment, AI Director offers various privacy protection features that limit the personal data other users can view. Additionally, you can set the types of notifications you wish to receive or reject in AI Director (e.g., content updates, online reminders, interactive messages, popular recommendations, etc.).

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we collect and process about you. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data. For example, we use encryption at rest to protect all user data (including database files and backups) and use security keys for data management. We use the TLS 1.2 protocol for encryption in transit to protect data flows from user devices to servers and from server to server in public network environments. We will also ensure the effective implementation of these technical measures through a code review mechanism. Furthermore, we regularly test the platform and systems for vulnerabilities and security issues and implement access control measures (such as access tokens and multi-factor authentication) to ensure information security.

Please be aware and understand that we cannot guarantee absolute security on the internet. If you discover that your personal data has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the contact information in the "How to Contact Us" section so that we can take appropriate measures.

If your personal data is compromised due to an accident, force majeure event, or other reasons, we will make every effort to control the situation and promptly inform you of the cause of the breach, the security measures we have taken, and the security measures you can take, among other relevant information. In the event of a security incident related to personal data, we will report to the competent authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations, and immediately launch an investigation and take emergency measures.

6. How We Store Your Personal Data

A. Cross-Border Transfers

We and our designated server partners deploy local servers in multiple countries and regions around the world. For the needs of global operations and security management, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions where our affiliated entities are located, which may be different from your jurisdiction. These jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. In such cases, we will take necessary and appropriate safeguards to ensure the security of your personal data during transmission and require the recipients of your personal data to provide adequate protection and security measures in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

B. Retention Period

We will store your personal data to the extent necessary for our normal business needs (e.g., to provide you with services and to comply with legal, tax, and financial requirements), unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations. When your personal data is no longer needed or upon the expiration of the retention period stipulated by applicable laws and regulations, we will delete or anonymize your personal data.

7. Your Rights

We value the protection of your personal data. If you wish to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or if you wish to opt-out of marketing communications, file a complaint, withdraw consent, or exercise other rights granted to you by applicable laws and regulations, please follow the instructions below or contact us using the contact information provided in the "How to Contact Us" section.

You also have the right to contact us to request a copy of your personal data using the contact information provided in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

For personal data you provide and generate while using AI Director (such as User Content), if you believe it needs correction, you can contact us using the contact information in the "How to Contact Us" section below. Please note that for personal data provided by third parties, we may not be able to keep the information updated, and you may need to contact the third party for correction.

C. Deletion of Your Personal Data

You have the right to request that we delete your personal data, including your AI Director account and related personal data. You can contact us using the contact information in the "How to Contact Us" section below or use existing features to delete your User Content or account. Please note that once you submit a request to delete your account, your access to AI Director will be suspended, and you will no longer be able to use the service, so please decide carefully. We may provide a grace period (please refer to the deletion process for specific provisions) for you to withdraw your deletion request and restore your account. If you do not withdraw your request within the grace period, your account and all related data, credits, and benefits will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, unless the law requires us to retain certain information for a limited period. In addition, when the processing purposes described in Section 1 of this Privacy Policy no longer exist, we will also proactively delete your personal data after the retention period expires.

F. Right to Withdraw Consent

If we process your personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided in the "How to Contact Us" section below. Please note that withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

G. Other Rights Under Applicable Laws and Regulations

If you wish to exercise your other statutory data subject rights under applicable laws and regulations, you can contact us using the contact information provided in the "How to Contact Us" section below.

H. Identity Verification and Responding to Your Requests

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the substantive laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

11. Special Notice to California Residents

If you are a California resident, this section is hereby notified to you and applies to you. For California residents, "Personal Data" in this section is equivalent to "Personal Information," which is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

California's Shine the Light Law
California residents may request a list of certain third parties to whom we have disclosed certain personal data about you for their own marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response. You may request this information by contacting us using the contact information provided in the "How to Contact Us" section. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for a response.

California Minors
If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and are unable to remove public information you have submitted to AI Director, you may contact AI Director to request its removal using the contact information in the "How to Contact Us" section below. When requesting removal, you must be specific about the information you want removed and provide specific information, such as the URL for each page where the information is located, so that we can find it. AI Director is not required to remove any information if: (i) federal or state law requires us or a third party to maintain the information; (ii) the information was not posted by you; (iii) AI Director has anonymized the information so that you cannot be identified by it; (iv) you have not followed our instructions for removal or requesting removal; or (v) you received compensation or other consideration for providing the information. Removing your information from the service does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of that information from our systems or the systems of our service providers. Additionally, content you post may be republished or reposted by other users or third parties. Please note that AI Director is not obligated to destroy this information; AI Director has fulfilled its obligations under California law as long as we anonymize the information or make it invisible to other users and the public.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") provides you with the right to opt-out of the "sale" of your personal information. We do not generally sell your personal data in the traditional sense (i.e., for money or other valuable consideration). However, like many social and entertainment mobile platforms, we use services that help deliver interest-based ads to you and may transfer personal data to business partners for their use. Making personal data (such as online identifiers or browsing activity) available to these companies may be considered a "sale" under the CCPA. To request that AI Director not "sell" your personal data, please contact us using the contact information in the "How to Contact Us" section below. Please note that some transfers of personal data may not be considered "sales," and certain exemptions under the CCPA may apply, such as sharing aggregated demographic and interest data of users. Your choice will not affect other data sharing described in this Privacy Policy. You may still see some ads regardless of your choice.

Do Not Track
Currently, we have not identified a globally uniform industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating "Do Not Track" signals. Therefore, our services may not respond to browser "Do Not Track" requests. In addition, when you use our services, we and third parties may use tracking technologies to collect your personal data for various purposes, including serving you ads and personalized content. If you wish to opt-out of third parties collecting your online activity and device data, there are various tools and methods available. For example, your mobile device settings may provide functionality to limit the use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device for interest-based advertising purposes. Please note that using these tools to opt-out of tracking and targeting does not mean you will not receive ads while using AI Director, nor will it prevent you from receiving interest-based ads from third parties. However, it will prevent you from receiving interest-based ads delivered through those networks and platforms, according to their policies and choice mechanisms.

Additional Information
If you choose to exercise any of your rights under the CCPA, you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request.

12. Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)

If you are a Colorado user, this addendum applies to you. Unless otherwise specified in this addendum, all terms of the above Privacy Policy remain in full effect. Under the CPA, you have the following rights:

  • To access the personal data that the business processes about you;

  • To opt-out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you;

AI Director will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the above rights, which is also in line with your rights under the CPA. After the first request, AI Director may charge a fee necessary to process such requests;

To exercise your rights, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. To opt-out of the use of cookies on our website for interest-based advertising, please follow the instructions in this Privacy Policy.

Upon receipt of your appeal, AI Director will provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days or inform you in writing of the reasons for the response and a 60-day extension (for a total of up to 105 days). If you are not satisfied with this, you have the right to file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General.
